If driving, you can park on the first 2 levels of the Yates St Parkade where you can find free 1h parking spots. Exit the parkade using the Bastion Sq exit signs and you will see 26-Bastion Sq located directly in front of you - it is a brink building covered in vines. Take the elevator to the 2nd foor and you will find my office to your immediate left when you exit the elevator (or stairwell) - #201.
